Hi! I'm Lily, and I am your certified FASTer Way to Fat Loss coach. I am also a wife, mother to 4 handsome little boys, and a Labor and Delivery nurse. I understand that your time is precious and valuable, and you need a healthy lifestyle that is going to easily fit into your busy schedule.
In my spare time, you can find me in the kitchen...I love to cook and bake! I also enjoy catching up on my favorite shows (and I’m always looking for something new). I love to travel and visit new places, and I'm always up for new and exciting adventures. I love group dances, and I also enjoy karaoke. I am an Enneagram 2, and my love language is acts of service. I love my family and friends fiercely and would do anything for them.

MY SUCCESS STORY
My before picture was taken in February 2019. I was at my highest weight ever. I was sad that I was so heavy. A lot of my weight was put on due to an antidepressant I was on for my postpartum depression, paired with bad eating habits from working night shift. My joints hurt; I was exhausted all the time; my moods were all over the place, and I was just plain struggling.
I had dieted off and on through the years, but nothing ever stuck. I desperately wanted my life to be different, but I was lacking accountability and drive to get me out my rut. Enter FASTer Way to Fat Loss. I am so thankful I made the investment and took a chance on it!
The picture on the right was taken in December 2019. I am still a work in progress and by no means perfect. But I have more energy, my joints no longer ache, and my moods are much more stable.
